The location is unbeatable since it allows you to relax lakeside with a stunning view of the water and mountains, and its proximity to the Village allows you to walk to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. The house features a spacious open concept living space that can accommodate your entire group for meals and relaxation. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an additional game room with shuffleboard, bumper pool 70" 4K TV.

Good to know

This is the best house for large groups. With two huge common areas, a large backyard with outdoor kitchen, oversized hot tub, fire pit, and off-street parking for 6 cars, this house has it all! The great room can actually fit your entire party so that you can enjoy the vacation together, but multiple bedrooms and the rec room at the other end of the house provide lots of spaces for people to spread out if they choose. The house comes with rare amenities for Big Bear including Air Conditioning and an oversized Hot Tub. We have an eero wifi mesh network that covers the entire house, so everyone can enjoy high speed internet without dead spots. The house has just been updated and modernized with better layouts and furniture. This house is a great joy for us, and I know that it will be perfect for your group as well!

Other Details to Note

Our home uses keyless automated locks for simplicity, and is outfitted with all the comforts of any modern home- cookware and dining ware, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, Youtube TV for live sports and TV, and easy parking. We do have extra fees for pets and excessive trash. Also please be aware, we have security cameras on the outside of the house in case there are incidents, but none on the inside to respect your privacy. We do use a Minut noise monitoring service to prevent unauthorized party situations but it does not record audio.

Came up here to celebrate my wife's 50th with family. Location is superb to all that is needed. Village is a few minute walk. Marina is 100 yards. Very well furnished with all utensils, towels etc. Plenty to do at the house with many games to create the moments and memories you came here to produce. There is plenty of space so you don't feel too on top of each other. Donny checked in and was an attentive host to make sure all was going well. Thank you to the owners for sharing the home with us!

Great property and location. It was exceptionally clean and prepped for our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook large meals and because of the open layout, we could all be in the same room during meal time.

The house is perfect for a large family with teenage kids! The dock on the lake was excellent for the boats we had. We spent all day on the lake and evenings in the hot tub and playing games. We were all able to eat dinner together at the large dining table and in the backyard. The owners are very kind and super responsive. This is our second year enjoying this wonderful house and we will be back again!
